ORDER-DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS-SHIPPING COSTS

Order Completion:

When you place your order, you will see the following message (example): "YOUR ORDER WAS COMPLETED. THANK YOU. Your order number is xxxxxxxx. Please check your email. We have sent you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order."

Delivery of products:

The delivery of the products can be done in one of the following ways:

  • With Courier
  • With a transport company
  • Upon receipt from our store

Shipping costs?

Shipping costs are FREE regardless of order amount.You will be notified by phone or E-mail about the shipment

Delay of order

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed by our supplier: In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver the order without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt at our warehouses.

The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.

In times of extreme weather events or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem in your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. the data you have registered are not properly updated.
